Refund & Replacement policy

At Aaromill, all our snacks are freshly handcrafted in small batches by a home baker, using high-quality, natural ingredients without any preservatives. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

We kindly request you to review your order details and shipping address carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth experience.

That said, if something doesn’t go right, we’re always happy to work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

1. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@aaromill.com.

Kindly include the following details to help us assess the issue:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer packaging

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

  • An unboxing video (if available)

For orders containing multiple items, only the affected item(s) will be eligible for replacement.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement to be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

You can expect a response from our team within 24–48 hours.

2. Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@aaromill.com, along with:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two images clearly showing the opened box and contents

  • An unboxing video displaying all received items (if available)

We will arrange to re-send the missing item at the earliest.

Please note that refunds are not issued for missing items.

3. Spoiled Product

If you believe a product is spoiled upon arrival, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@aaromill.com, along with:

  • Order number

  • Date of manufacture (as mentioned on the label)

  • Clear images or a video of the affected product

Please note:

As our snacks are handcrafted, preservative-free, and made in small batches, minor variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are natural and expected. These variations do not qualify as spoilage or defects.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will offer a fair resolution based on the situation.

Important Notes
  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order is confirmed

  • Replacement decisions are made after verification of shared details

  • Aaromill reserves the right to make the final decision on replacements
